原因於 Frazier Chorus 的團名
當 1987 年一開張 4AD 大張旗鼓地推出旗下樂團選輯
Lonely is an eyesore ( CAD 703) 於此同年
一箱新樂團新興樂風 亦現身 4AD, 提前預告 4AD 新王朝將到
Frazier Chorus 即是當中一支組合的名字

Frazier Chorus 的團名 一方面和 Cocteau Twins 主唱 Elizabeth Fraser 姓氏近似:
難道 當時眾所觀望 4AD 招牌 Cocteau Twins 是否後繼有人? Frazier Chorus 有其樣子 ?
再者 看這首張 也是唯一一張的 4AD 作品 EP:『 迷 糊 的 心 』Sloppy Heart ( BAD 708) 成員編制:
Michéle Allardyce 司敲擊樂 Percussion
Tim Freeman 為主音 Vocals 再來
Kate Holmes 吹笛子 Flute
Chris Taplin 吹單簧管 Clarinet 沒了
暈 ~ 擺明缺吉他 貝斯 這完全不是一支搖滾組合
編制有古典的原音樂器 也不同於鍵盤作曲的電子組合模式

Frazier Chorus 細膩於寫入吹奏樂器的作歌雅緻 終至不會成為第二把 Cocteau Twins 天籟音響
若堪比擬, 八O年代出身 Rough Trade Records 的 雪 萊 孤 兒 Shelleyan Orphan 反而像是 Frazier Chorus 欲模擬的對象

Shelleyan Orphan 綜合各式古典器樂 美化流行格調的仿古 吟詩弄墨為歌 時而被一語定之 的樂評 冠名: 矯情者 pretentious
Shelleyan Orphan 為雙人組, 但合作專輯的一班演奏樂手, 陣容媲美一支室內樂隊。 相形之下
Frazier Chorus 四人騁能, 樂器陣容仍顯單薄。 這張作品 EP, 日後的 CD 化, 需找到日系哥倫比亞 ( SONY) '87年的 4AD 選輯 12 Inch 87 Anthology； 而 Virgin 廠牌的 '89年 首張專輯 『蘇』Sue, 三首小品重新玩奏出新的風味

Frazier Chorus 的搖滾陣容雖然單薄 但流行潛質 卻早被善賈的主流相中 在僅一張的 EP 發行後 即為自己掙取到晉身契機
他們在 Virgin 廠牌之初 走清新宜人節奏格調綜合吹奏； 在主流以清新韻律揚名的 The Dream Academy 樂手 Kate St. John 現身在他們的主流專輯 客席吹奏 雙簧管 Oboe
Frazier Chorus 出品 在台灣音樂市場 狀況類似同廠牌的
Fra Lippo Lippi 雖擠身主流名單 作品都一直不好見著 甚至比獨立音樂難尋。 至今 Frazier Chorus 的數位檔案音樂資源 於網際網路上 仍然少見到

雖然早早再會 4AD, 但 '91 年, This Mortal Coil 出版樂史上最後一張專輯 Blood, 一箱 4AD 藝人 傾巢而出 獻聲獻藝, Frazier Chorus 男聲主唱 Tim Freeman 亦回鄉 參與合音陣容, 雖然分量微薄。 亦見
Shelleyan Orphan 女聲主唱 Caroline Crawley, 受邀參加 Blood 錄音工作, 分量吃重, 讓 4AD 出品, 多一份此廠牌少見的 田園式甜美的音籟
